‘Twas the night before renewals, and at the risk pool,
The team had all left for the annual Yule
Each survey collected with painstaking care,
Ensured that our members’ rates would be fair.
Our clients so blissful, all heading to bed,
Dream ratings for coverage would dance in their heads.
I gathered my coat and I turned off the lights
Prepared for a quiet holiday night
When an icy cold panic, it hit like a squall!
Did I trend the right values? Did I catch them all?
Away to my laptop I flew in my terror
